The Art of Radical Gratitude

Updated: Jun 5, 2021

I've always said, until you learn to be grateful for the things you have and learn to appreciate the people in your life, you will never receive the things you really want in life. It's Thanksgiving week, and most families are gearing up to have a wonderful time with family and friends. A time to share an abundance of great food and good memories with family and friends.

But, here's what I think, we should be thankful everyday. The art of radical gratitude isn't just a once-a-year type feeling. It's the art of being thankful and showing appreciation with a deeper and greater generosity. When expressing gratitude it's a rewarding habit that confirms the grace of the giver. I strongly believe when a person naturally express their appreciation it frees them from jealously and opens their heart to be cheerful and generous. There's definitely a major shift in gratitude when the word "radical" is added to the equation. It brings about major change and the essence of greater gratitude.

Be good and do good to others. Volunteer or do a random act of kindness to a stranger. Jump on board and feel the rush of good will, a feeling you will always remember and cherish.

Gratitude teaches you how to stay in the appreciation mode and how to release kindness to others.
